This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which physical products, digital services, and subscription plans may qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this policy.


1. Overview

Our products and services may include:

  • Physical NFC business cards
  • Smart QR code products
  • Hosted digital business card profiles
  • Subscription-based hosted links
  • NFC activation services
  • Digital setup and customization services

Because our services include both physical and digital products, different refund conditions apply depending on the type of purchase.


2. Physical NFC Card Returns

Physical NFC business cards may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The NFC functionality does not work upon delivery

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

We may request photos or videos showing the issue before approving a return or replacement.


3. Non-Returnable Physical Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized NFC cards
  • Printed cards with customer-specific information
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Used NFC cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Bulk custom orders unless defective

Because customized NFC business cards are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be resold once produced.


4. Digital Services & Subscription Refunds

Digital products and services are generally non-refundable once activated, delivered, or configured.

This includes:

  • Digital business card setup
  • Hosted profile activation
  • NFC link setup
  • QR code generation
  • Subscription services
  • Hosting services
  • Profile customization
  • Digital configuration fees

Once a hosted profile link or NFC service has been activated, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.


5. Subscription Services

Subscription fees are charged to maintain:

  • Hosted digital business card links
  • NFC redirection functionality
  • QR code destinations
  • Platform hosting
  • Server maintenance
  • Ongoing technical support

If your subscription expires or remains unpaid:

  • Your hosted link may be disabled
  • NFC functionality may stop working
  • QR codes may become inactive
  • Public profile access may be restricted

Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed unless otherwise required by law.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.


6. Profile Update Requests

All profile edits and modifications are managed directly by our team.

Customers do not receive direct editing access to hosted digital profiles.

To request updates to:

  • Contact details
  • Social media links
  • Images or logos
  • Business information
  • Website links
  • Other profile content

customers must contact our support team through the official communication channels.

Update requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.


7. Exchanges & Replacements

We replace physical NFC cards only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The NFC chip fails under normal use
  • The wrong item was supplied

We may refuse replacements where damage was caused by:

  • Improper handling
  • Water or physical damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Misuse of the product

8. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider
  • Bank processing times
  • Card issuer policies

10. Order Cancellations

Orders for customized NFC cards may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production, customization, printing, or digital setup has started:

  • The order cannot be cancelled
  • Setup fees become non-refundable
  • Production costs become non-refundable

11. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations where we suspect:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the refund system
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Policy violations
