Processing & Production Time

All NFC business cards and digital vCard products are custom-made based on your selected design, information, and requirements.

As each order is personalized and individually configured, production and setup require processing time before shipping.

Standard Processing Time

Estimated processing time is:

Approximately 2–4 weeks from the date the order is placed, confirmed, and all required information has been received.

This processing period may include:

  • Design customization

  • Physical card design and setup

  • NFC programming and configuration

  • Digital vCard setup and testing

  • Content integration (contact details, social links, galleries, projects, etc.)

  • Quality checks and testing

  • Production of physical NFC cards

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Order complexity

  • Custom requirements

  • Design revisions

  • Amount of information provided

  • Product type selected

  • Order volume and current workload

Express Processing (Subject to Availability)

For customers who require their order sooner, express processing may be available for selected orders at an additional charge.

Express processing is not guaranteed and is offered only when production capacity and scheduling allow.

Eligibility and processing times depend on factors such as:

  • Current workload and order volume

  • Product type selected

  • Quantity ordered

  • Design complexity

  • Whether artwork or branding materials are already prepared

  • Amount of information requiring setup

  • Number of revisions requested

  • Custom features and content requirements

For eligible orders, express processing is typically completed within:

Approximately 5–10 business days, although some orders may be completed sooner depending on workload, order complexity, and production availability.

Please note:

  • Express processing must be approved before the order is placed.
  • Additional fees apply for express service.
  • Express pricing varies depending on the complexity of the order and the amount of work required.
  • Digital vCards and PVC NFC cards are generally the most suitable for express processing.
  • Metal NFC cards, bulk orders, and highly customized projects may not qualify for express processing due to manufacturing requirements.
  • Express turnaround times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery time begins only after the processing and production stage has been completed.

Local Deliveries

For local deliveries, estimated shipping time is:

1–3 business days after processing completion.

International Deliveries

International shipping times vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Courier service

  • Customs processing

  • Local postal services

Most international orders are delivered within 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and delivery times may vary.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
